Eating Local: Farmers' Market Edition
It's nearly summertime, and in communities all across Kansas City, farmers are rising early and rolling their carts into local markets. So what seasonal offerings can you expect to see at the market this Kansas City summer? And what are the many ways you can prepare them to make a delicious, home-cooked meal?
Today, KCUR's Stephen Steigman will delve into the local food scene at the farmers' market and see what turns up.
