Deconstruction Reconstruction... It's Complete!!

Sierra Club invited too!!The Williams York Residence has been on previous HRES Energy Solution Tours as construction was progressing.  Now, this is your chance to see it completely done!

This project was a very innovation "Deconstruction-Reconstruction" project (new home built on old site).  You might call it an "extreme construction recycle project."  Even the old foundation was ground and used again.   Some of the features include
  • Passive solar solarium room.
  • Photovoltaic 4kW system.
  • Structural Insulated Panels walls and roof.
  • Ground-source heat pump with de-superheater (water).
  • E-coated windows.
