Please join the Greater Kansas City Food Policy Coalition as we welcome our special guest, Mark Winne, foremost expert on food policy and author of "Closing the Food Gap: Resetting the Table in the Land of Plenty", at the Farm, Food, Health Conference on March 2-3, 2010, at the American Royal. The March 2 lunch, featuring Mark as the keynote speaker, and his afternoon break-out session are free to Coalition participants and their guests. Mark will provide the keynote at lunch, examining how policy can close the food gap, as well as the afternoon breakout session, which is targeted to coalition members, planners, elected officials, government representatives, community leaders, and neighborhood advocates.
