start with an aperitif and hors d'oeuvres as you mingle and visit with   
Caroline and Ryan from Two Sisters Farm,
Fred from Nature's Choice Farm and Robert from The Little Muddy Farm 
 be seated for five courses of all local culinary delight
special seating at 7:30pm for anyone wanting to dine with the farmers
 house smoked Windhaven Farm ham and
Skyview Farm prairie cheese blintz 
vegetarian option-house smoked Thane Palmberg Farm sweet potato and  
Skyview Farm prairie cheese blintz 

Two Sisters Farm kale 
tossed with Amigoni Urban Winery Rose and sprinkled with
honeyed Missouri Northern pecans 

house made ravioli filled with Nature's Choice Farm Jerusalem artichoke and house made ricotta  from Good Nature Family Farm milk accented with
blue bird bistro garden basil oil 
Thane Palmberg Farm fingerling sweet potato
stacked with
Good Nature Family Farm all natural beef tenderloin 
vegetarian option - Thane Palmberg Farm fingerling sweet potato stacked with   
Beau Solias Farm oyster mushrooms 

finish with blue bird bistro garden sage and Most Wanted Gin cake 
wednesday night table  'a communal dining experience'
