Some table space is still available at our Kansas and Missouri Expos. For the health and benefit of a growing multitude of conscientious local eaters, we are seeking exhibitors / vendors whose efforts embody and demonstrate the spirit and resilience of locally-grown organic/ natural/ free-range/ non-GMO/ sustainable, *AND* locally-made products.
(all of the above, not either/or)
Regulations for our Expo Exhibitors are established by Kansas Department of Health and Environment (Mar 31), and the Kansas City Missouri Health Department (Apr 7), much as they would apply to farmers' markets in those areas.
