MUROAK FARM We are right in the middle of garlic harvest. We had some turn out very nice. We missed being at market last week but will be there this week. We will have Patty Pan Squash, Garlic, Kale, Lettuce (Freckles and Paris Coss). I believe we can get a few more Radishes. We will also have Kohlrabi, Purple Basil, Sweet Basil, Dill Weed, Savory, Pepper Mint, Sweet Basil plants, Savory plants, Blackberry plants, Sweet Marjoram and Basil potted together. Come by and see all the different kinds of Garlic. See you at the market.
Green Dirt Farm Prairie Tomme ("Tome") is ready at last! This delicious French Alpine-style cheese (think Gruyere or Gouda) has been in the aging room for four months, developing its smooth, firm texture and buttery, nutty taste. We'll have some for you Saturday, along with our other aged and fresh farmstead sheep's milk cheeses and sweet Italian-style sheep's sausage. Hope to see you at the market on Saturday!
