The Squash Blossom Local Food Buyers Co-op of Kansas City is a local food pre-order cooperative, formed using a model developed by the Kansas City Food Circle. Our goals include providing healthy locally produced food for our families, to build local living economy businesses and jobs, and to keep small farmers on the land. We do this by connecting local organic farmers and produces with eaters who are concerned with their health and building a sustainable local food production infrastructure.
