Here’s what you can expect: the Main Stage with music all day showcasing World Beat & local vibes; the Food Court featuring the vegetarian (raw too!) side of local “hot & hip” restaurants; A Workshop & Speaker tent with Live Food Demos; speakers to educate; entertain; and highlight local resources in eco-living AND alternative health; our Kidz Zone that is sure to bring out the artist and musician in YOU: the Body Movement Pavilion – easing & pleasing the soul; AND Eco-Health Vendors bringing some of KC’s BEST “didn’t know we had!” business & resources direct to YOU!

The Squash Blossom Local Food Buyers Co-op of Kansas City is a local food pre-order cooperative, formed using a model developed by the Kansas City Food Circle. Our goals include providing healthy locally produced food for our families, to build local living economy businesses and jobs, and to keep small farmers on the land. We do this by connecting local organic farmers and produces with eaters who are concerned with their health and building a sustainable local food production infrastructure.
